At the same time, by concentrating research in the field of publications, it becomes possible to establish a broader time frame without forgetting to consider the feasibility of executing the first stage of the project within a period of 24 months.<\/p><p>The research was based on the criterion of the geographical division of the region into two sub-regional centers and two zone centers thus determined: sub-regional centers A, composed of the cities of Manhua\u00e7u, Muria\u00e9, Ponte Nova and Ub\u00e1; sub-regional centers B, composed of the cities of Cataguases and Vi\u00e7osa; zone A centers, made up of the cities of Al\u00e9m Para\u00edba and Carangola; zone B centers, made up of the cities of Bicas, Leopoldina, Rio Pomba, Santos Dumont, S\u00e3o Jo\u00e3o Nepomuceno and Visconde do Rio Branco.
